Danielle supports the national communications team in promoting all of the social media for LIFT. She aids in producing content for LIFT newsletters, videos, blogs and fundraising campaigns.
Danielle LIFTs to promote justice and equality to all families. She hopes her time at LIFT will effectively help families overcome their battle with poverty and create a difference in their lives.
She is currently attending American University, studying Journalism and Spanish. Danielle’s first job was a research assistant at a translation agency in Detroit, MI. She worked on creating a cultural competency program and has experience researching extensively. She has also interned at a non-profit dance organization as their Marketing and Social Media intern. Danielle has had the pleasure of interning at PBS’ To the Contrary where she worked on their social media, wrote press releases and had the opportunity to create content and interview panelists for the show. Her most recent internship was with her local newspaper, The Signal, where she served as a news reporting/multimedia intern.
Danielle can speak four languages (English, Russian, Spanish and French), but Spanish is her favorite language!
