Thank you for joining us at LIFT-Philadelphia's Autumn Open House! We had a great time connecting with old and new friends in our new office space, where we shared our impact in Philadelphia over the past year and previewed our plans for the coming year. We were thrilled with the response from everyone in attendence to help us with those efforts and we look forward to making Philadelphia a stronger community going forward.

On Wednesday, October 12th, LIFT-Philadelphia will be hosting an Autumn Open House to showcase our newly expanded West Office at 5548 Chestnut Street. Stop by for a visit anytime between 3-6pm to get a tour of the new space, meet staff and volunteers, enjoy some light refreshments, and learn more about our efforts to combat poverty and expand opportunity for thousands throughout Philadelphia.

LIFT-Philadelphia hosted its 2nd Annual Spring Celebration on April 14, 2011 at the Racquet Club of Philadelphia and welcomed over 120 guests to celebrate LIFT's impact in the Philadelphia community.

PHILADELPHIA—Bentley Systems, Incorporated is partnering with LIFT-Philadelphia to address poverty in the city of Philadelphia.  The investment is part of Bentley’s STEM outreach funding initiatives, which support science, technology, engineering, and math needs for local, national and global nonprofit organizations.

Bentley’s donation will sustain and augment LIFT-Philadelphia’s current technology systems to better serve Philadelphia residents in need of employment, housing, and additional social services.  The grant will assist LIFT-Philadelphia in maintaining its client management database, keeping accurate client records, and tracking client progress.  It will also enable LIFT staff and volunteers to conduct comprehensive research into social service resources and strengthen community outreach to potential clients and their families.
