LIFT is proud to compliment the efforts of hundreds of established social service organizations in 5 regions across the country. By establishing mutual referral relationships, we work together to strengthen the safety net by filling gaps in services and promoting community collaboration. There are countless ways that LIFT and our community partners work together to meet the needs of community members and to strengthen our neighborhoods.
How Can We Partner?
- Establish a reciprocal referral partnership with LIFT. You have services that will benefit our clients, and we have services that can benefit yours. Simply give us a call or send your clients to us and tell us about your program so that we might make appropriate referrals to your services.
- Tell your colleagues about LIFT. Encourage other agencies in your network to refer clients to us. Our offices are always looking to meet with potential partners to better serve individuals and families in our communities.
- Help LIFT train our volunteers. LIFT is continually looking for social service providers in the community willing to share their expertise by serving as guest speakers at volunteer trainings or mentors to consult on a range of client and community service topics.
- Offer services, materials, or donations to LIFT. If you own a local business or provide professional services, consider making a tax-deductible in-kind donation to LIFT. Our offices typically need food sponsors for trainings, as well as office supplies, office furniture, frequent flyer miles for trainings, and copying/printing services.
- Become a Local Advisory Board member. LIFT seeks committed community partners to join Local Advisory Boards in our regions, which meet regularly throughout the year to help guide and advise client service and community engagement for LIFT offices. Your experience, ideas, and connections will help us ensure that LIFT continues to provide a valuable service to the community.
