Central to LIFT-Boston’s vision is the hope that all people will one day have the opportunity to pursue their aspirations. LIFT-Boston sees the engagement of community leaders on its Regional Board as critical to ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization and to achieving its vision. The Regional Board helps increase LIFT-Boston’s profile in the community, connects LIFT-Boston to community resources, secures financial investments to support the local program, serves as champions of LIFT-Boston, provides program support, when applicable, advises the Executive Director on local growth and expansion strategy, and assists the Executive Director in establishing annual goals.
